To protect the integrity of the marketplace, and to promote a fair and transparent market, customers are allowed to have one Candy account. Any customer that attempts to buy or sell on the Candy marketplace with more than one account is subject to account deactivation or marketplace suspension.
If you have mistakenly created more than one account and wish to notify the Candy team to proactively deactivate your duplicate accounts, please contact Customer Experience at help@candy.io. Any customer that proactively contacts Candy to rectify their duplicate accounts will not be subject to any deactivation or suspension related to the multiple accounts.
