All earned funds will become available as soon as the buyer's charges clear with our payment processor. This process typically takes around 10 minutes, with more rare occurrences resulting in up to a few hours to a day to clear. If the buyer's charge fails, the sale will show as canceled and funds will not become available.
After the pending state is complete, funds will become available. Verified users will be able to withdraw their available funds or apply them to future Candy purchases. Per compliance regulations, you will not be able to withdraw funds without your Candy account being successfully verified.
To verify your ID and/or view your ID Verification status:
Go to your Profile (top right of page)
>> Drop down to Settings

All international accounts need to be set up to receive USD before a wire denomination in USD can be sent.
