Once logged into your account you can list your NFTs in the Marketplace directly from your Collection. Users will have the ability to list items for a set price (auction and trade are not available at this time), and can edit listings as needed.
If you recently purchased your item on the Marketplace, you will not be able to relist it until your payment has fully processed.
Please note: A 5% fee will apply to all sales and purchases in the marketplace. When purchasing with a credit card a processing fee will also apply.
Withdrawals
Users in the following countries are able to cash out their Candy balance after reaching a minimum of $75.00 USD.

A bank fee of $25.00 USD will apply for all wire transfers. Most withdrawals are reviewed and approved by Candy within 3-5 business days, although some may take up to 14 days. After the request is approved by the Candy team, your bank may take 3-5 business days to transfer the funds to your account. Additional service fees may be charged by your bank.
All earned funds will be in a pending state for 5 days, once finalized your funds will be available to you by heading to your Settings, then Billing, and Candy Balance. After the pending state is complete a verified user may withdraw their funds or apply them to future Candy purchases.
Per compliance regulations, you will not be able to withdraw funds without your Candy account being successfully verified.
To verify your ID and/or view your ID Verification status:
Go to your Profile (top right of page)
>> Drop down to Settings
>> Click on Security Settings (left panel)
Your bank may charge an additional fee depending on their policies. Please reach out to them when requesting a wire transfer to ensure your information matches what the bank has on file. A $50 failed wire transfer fee will apply in case of errors.
