ACH Withdrawals are currently available to users with a US bank account.

What can I do with the funds in my Candy balance?
When your listings sell on our marketplace, your earned funds accrue in your Candy balance. You can view your available funds under the Billing tab of your Profile Settings. You can always use the funds in your Candy balance to make purchases on the marketplace. You also have the option to withdraw funds from your Candy account and electronically (via ACH) transfer them to your bank account.
We highly encourage all users to contact their bank prior to requesting an ACH withdrawal to ensure the information you enter matches your bank account information.
How do I request a withdrawal / view withdrawal status?
To request a withdrawal or view your withdrawal status:
Go to your Profile (top right of page)
>> Drop down to Settings
>> Click on Billing (left panel)
>> Click Withdraw
When can I request a withdrawal?
You must verify your identity with Verification Documents (Government Issued ID) prior to submitting any withdrawal - If you have previously submitted using your SSN, you will need to reverify. Read more on verification in our FAQ here.
You will be able to transfer your funds from your Candy balance directly to your bank account after reaching an available balance of $20.00 USD.
All earned funds will become available as soon as the buyer's charges clear with our payment processor. This process typically takes around 10 minutes, with more rare occurrences resulting in up to a few hours to a day to clear. If the buyer's charge fails, the sale will show as canceled and funds will not become available.
After the pending state is complete, verified users may withdraw their funds or apply them to future Candy purchases. Per compliance regulations, you will not be able to withdraw funds without your Candy account being successfully verified. How do I verify my ID on my Candy account?
To verify your ID and/or view your ID Verification status:
Go to your Profile (top right of page)
>> Drop down to Settings
>> Click on Security Settings (left panel)
Only one withdrawal request may be made at a time - Once a withdrawal is requested, you will need to wait 5 days for your previous withdrawal to fully process before submitting another withdrawal request.
You will be able to transfer your Candy funds from your Candy balance directly to your bank account after reaching an available balance of $20.00 USD. You are able to make purchases on Candy using the available funds in your balance at anytime.
How long does an ACH withdrawal take?
Most withdrawals are reviewed and approved by Candy within 5-7 business days, although some may take up to 14 days. In some instances the approval process can take up to 30 days. After the request is approved by the Candy team, your bank may take 3-5 business days to transfer the funds to your account. Additional service fees may be charged by your bank.
What fees apply with withdrawals?
A bank fee of $5.00 USD will apply for all withdrawals.
Once funds are removed from Candy's platform we are not responsible for funds incorrectly routed and cannot reverse or refund the withdrawal. A maximum of a $15.00 USD failed transfer fee will apply in case of errors that are returned to our payment processor.
Important: FFC wires/transfers are not supported at this time. FFC - For Further Credit is used in electronic funds transfers to notate a second beneficiary. FFC wires/transfers require that you enter more than one routing number. Only direct ACH transfers are supported at this time.
