Withdrawals are currently available in the following countries:

All international accounts need to be set up to receive USD before a wire denomination in USD can be sent.
You can always use the funds in your Candy account balance to purchase on the marketplace. You also have the option to withdraw funds from your Candy account and wire transfer them to your bank account.
We highly encourage all users to contact their bank prior to requesting a wire transfer to ensure your information matches what the bank has on file for direct wire transfers - NOT ACH electronic transfers.
To request a withdrawal/or view your withdrawal status:
Go to your Profile (top right of page)
>> Drop down to Settings
>> Click on Billing (left panel)
All earned funds will become available as soon as the buyer's charges clear with our payment processor. This process typically takes around 10 minutes, with more rare occurrences resulting in up to a few hours to a day to clear. If the buyer's charge fails, the sale will show as canceled and funds will not become available.
After the pending state is complete, verified users may withdraw their funds or apply them to future Candy purchases. Per compliance regulations, you will not be able to withdraw funds without your Candy account being successfully verified.
To verify your ID and/or view your ID Verification status:
Go to your Profile (top right of page)
>> Drop down to Settings
>> Click on Security Settings (left panel)
Only one withdrawal request may be made at a time - Once a withdrawal is requested, users will need to wait 5 days for their wire withdrawal to fully process before submitting another withdrawal request.
Users will be able to wire transfer their Candy funds directly to their bank account after reaching an available balance of $75.00 USD. Users are able to make purchases on Candy using the available funds in their balance at anytime.
A bank fee of $25.00 USD will apply for all wire transfers. Most withdrawals are reviewed and approved by Candy within 3-5 business days, although some may take up to 14 days. In some instances the approval process can take up to 30 days. After the request is approved by the Candy team, your bank may take 3-5 business days to transfer the funds to your account. Additional service fees may be charged by your bank.
Again, we highly encourage all users to contact their bank prior to requesting a wire transfer to ensure your information matches what the bank has on file for direct wire transfers - NOT ACH electronic transfers. Once funds are removed from Candy's platform we are not responsible for funds incorrectly routed and cannot reverse or refund the withdrawal. A $50.00 USD failed wire transfer fee will apply in case of errors that are returned to our payment processor.
Important: FFC wires are not supported at this time. FFC - For Further Credit is used in electronic funds transfers to notate a second beneficiary. FFC wires require that you enter more than one routing number. Only direct wire transfers are supported at this time.
