Welcome! If you're selected to take part in our Beta Test of the Self-Custody feature, please follow the instructions/video below to ensure a smooth experience.
- Select the three dots in the top right hand corner of your collection, select Withdraw Collectibles, and select the individual Collectibles you would like to withdraw
- Select Withdraw, then go through the flow of connecting your Wallet and enabling the Palm Network in your wallet
- NOTE: For the Beta Test you may only withdraw to MetaMask. We cannot stop you from withdrawing to another wallet, but we can only support MetaMask custody.
- NOTE: Once withdrawn, you cannot transfer these Collectibles back to Candy.io. These Collectibles will also lose on-platform utility, including use in games, collection challenges, listing on the Candy Marketplace, or displaying in showcases. Comic Books cannot be read if withdrawn.
- Review your selected Collectibles to withdraw, and confirm. Once confirmed, your withdrawal will be processed within 24-48 hours.
- Once your withdrawal is processed, head to the Collectible Withdrawals section of your activity history and click on the “Add to MetaMask” button. You’ll need to approve adding the collectible to your MetaMask wallet and then you’ll be able to view it directly in MetaMask. This step can only be completed on desktop and must be initiated in order for your withdrawal to finalize. If you withdraw on mobile you will need to switch to desktop for this final step.
