Reset Password
If you're unable to access your account you should request a password reset link here.
Supported Countries
Please ensure your country is supported by Candy. You can review the list of supported regions here. If your country is not supported, please keep in mind that you will only be able to withdraw funds and sell your collectibles. Learn more here.
Account Settings
Your verification status will automatically be transferred from your DC account. However, if you need to reverify your account, or if you were in an unsupported country and have moved to a supported region, follow these instructions to complete verification.
While in your Account Settings, you should also set up your Multi-Factor Authentication. Learn more about this process here. You can also connect your external wallet and your Discord ID. If for any reason you want to change the email address on your account, or your password, this is the place to do it.
Balance and Withdrawal Requests
If you're looking to resubmit a withdrawal, and you're in the United States, you may submit an ACH Request. You can read more about this process here. If you're located anywhere else (plus the USA) you have the option to withdraw via USDC. Learn about that process here. You can also fund your Candy Balance by depositing USDC by following the instructions here.
Some orders may be off by $0.01 in Activity History. This was for reconciliation purposes and won't impact your Candy Balance total.
Your Collection and the Secondary Marketplace
Now for the fun part! Once the merge process is complete you will be able to access your DC collection by visiting this link and can view the Secondary Marketplace here. You may only purchase one item at a time on our primary and secondary marketplaces. During primary drops, you may purchase the maximum quantity of one specific item per transaction (Ex. if the maximum quantity of a pack is 5, you may purchase 5 of the same pack in one transaction).
Keep in mind that when migrating all collectibles will be revealed if not already, so any of your packs will appear as individual opened collectibles. Each of your collections will be separated by IP, so be sure to use the Partner navigation in the top left hand corner. When viewing your collection, you have the option to create Showcases for easy navigation. You can learn more about showcases here.
If you'd like to sell one of your collectibles you may list it on the Secondary Marketplace. Follow the instructions here for listing, and be sure to review our fee structure for purchasing and selling on the marketplace here.
Participating in Primary Marketplace Drops
The specific details of each drop will be shared in advance of drop-day. Stay tuned to our Discord, email, and social channels for more information.
